![]() ![]() Visually the game has a nice cute cartoony style and the accompanying sound design combines well with these visuals making the gameplay even more fun in a way. ![]() On the presentation side of things Bomber Crew isn’t going to win any awards but I actually enjoyed what was on offer here. I must admit though that I was glad I carried on despite the repetetiveness because each upgrade did make the game a little easier, which is great. Whilst I was impressed with the upgrades and unlockables some of them do require a lot of grinding to obtain and this can make things become a little tedious and repetetive. As you progress through the various missions the game delivers a number of different upgrades and unlockables to you and without a doubt obtaining each different upgrade is worth it which means the game does have quite a bit of replayability. There is more than enough to keep you satisfied for quite a while and even though the missions do get repetetive after a while completing them still gives you a nice little rush. When you do get used to them though you will be pleased with the amount of content that’s available to you. The awkward controls also don’t help when it comes to the frustration levels as well and you’ll find that it will take you quite a while to get used them. This sense of achievement though also has some frustrating moments thrown in as well because the game’s difficulty curve can be quite difficult at times. Each move and little different thing you do matters in the long run so when you end up completing a mission you end up getting a great sense of achievement. One thing that impressed me right from the get go were the strategy elements the game boasts. Decent flying game’s are very few and far between and thankfully Bomber Crew can be added to the decent flying game’s list despite the shortcomings it suffers with.
